Requirements You cannot begin this block unless you have fully completed Block 6 and submitted the corresponding exercises. Block 6 requires the student to master technical documentation, plans, professional 3D, trade delivery, and the final structure of the project. Block 7 — Site Supervision

Block 7 teaches the student to direct a real construction site without losing concept, calm, or authorship. Here vision becomes reality, trades execute the project, and the designer’s presence sustains order, intention, and the energy of the space. The student learns what it truly means to direct a site: sustaining the concept, protecting intention, guiding trades, resolving unforeseen issues, anticipating errors, and leading with respect and precision. They discover the importance of quiet authority, a silent leadership that organizes the site without shouting, imposing, or creating tension. The block teaches how to communicate with each trade in its own technical language, how to maintain the project’s narrative and atmosphere in the midst of chaos, and how to resolve unexpected situations with clarity, calm, and professional judgment. The student learns the importance of energy on site — how to order the space, sustain presence, and balance the environment so the project advances without interference. They also discover professional ethics on site, essential norms of safety, respect, and coherence, and how to protect the client from external chaos and opinions that contaminate the project. Finally, the block teaches how to perform the final energetic cleaning, the invisible closure that stabilizes the space and completes the work through presence, intention, and clarity according to the F.
